You can cancel your contract in the given cancellation period without giving any reason. Please also note our Refund Policy.
You will bear the cost of your return.

If your product shows a defect directly upon delivery or within the statutory warranty obligation, or does not correspond to the description, please send us a few pictures of it, stating your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. We need pictures of the entire article in the overview (damage should also be visible here) and detailed pictures of the damage. We are happy to clarify the next steps and let you know. In order to save you time and effort and to avoid unnecessary routes, a return will only take place after we have examined the pictures.
REFUND YOUR RETURN
For repayment, we use the payment method you selected when ordering. You will be informed of the repayment by email. After receiving the email, it may take a few days, depending on the opening hours of the banking institutions, until the amount is visible on your account.
Pack the item to be returned in the ORIGINAL product packaging. Please send it back in new condition with no signs of wear.
Please enclose a copy of your return invoice. Seal the package well.
Take a photo of the label so you automatically have the tracking number of your return. This allows you to independently watch the route of your return. Keep this as well.
