Shipping methods & delivery

SUPPLIER COUNTRIES

Our articles are currently delivered to Austria, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Malta, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia , Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom and Cyprus.

SHIPPING

For shipping, we charge a flat shipping fee of:

To Germany and Austria: EUR 6,95.

To all other countries: EUR 15,95.

Note: For each mat ordered, the applicable shipping costs apply. Why? We want you to get your new ZIRBIT in all its beauty! We are worth it 🙂

Please note that there are also customs exclusion areas in the EU, such as the Canaries. Customs may charge additional fees here. These are to be paid by the recipient.

DELIVERY TIMES

In the product description we state the availability of each article. This depends on whether we have the product in stock or whether it is still planed, sanded and made with love.

That means: your package is from the time of your payment with you if

IN STOCK = with you in Austria and Germany in 7-10 working days

IN STOCK = with you in all other countries mentioned above in 10-14 working days

If 0 pieces are in stock, you can order in the same way. The delivery time is then a maximum of 4 weeks depending on the production step in which your new ZIRBIT is currently located. This duration is independent of the delivery country from which you order. We will inform you about the expected delivery date after placing your order.

Shipping is carried out via Austrian Post and its cooperation partners in the individual countries.

DELIVERY

If you are not at home on delivery, the package will be deposited with the respective service provider. You will then find a delivery notification for pickup at the post office in the mailbox, stating the address and the period of deposit. Please pick it up with this notification in the specified period or instruct someone to pick it up for you (with authorization). Otherwise the package will be sent back to us!

Unfortunately, shipping to the Packstation is not possible.

TRACK & TRACE

You can track the shipping route of your parcel at any time with the parcel tracking. We will send you your tracking number and the corresponding link by email with the shipping confirmation.
